Available Shipping - USPS, UPS Ground, 2nd Day, Next Day

All credit card orders are processed through PayPal using the best security and the highest encryption technology available. You Do Not need a PayPal account to checkout or make a purchase. PayPal customers can send payment from your PayPal account to: paypal@mindbodyandbeyond.com, which is done from our checkout process. Your email receipt will give you all the details. If you do not have a PayPal account but want one you can get it through our checkout process.

We process all orders within 24 hours of payment, we usually ship the next business day upon payment of your product. Checks that are mailed to us will take 7-10 days to clear before we can ship. In the unlikely event that something is unavailable, we'll contact you for a full refund or expected shipping date at your option.

Our samples are sent in similar fashion and method a magazine uses. You simply unfold a piece of paper and the scent is there. Of course there is only a very small amount dabbed on the material so it will not last long after opening. We will ship up to 5 sample scents with an order. Right after you place your order email us your samples request. Sorry no rare oil samples.

Your order leaves us in good condition and should arrive in that fashion. Your freight cost includes insurance that covers damaged and broken merchandise. If your order is shipped UPS and you receive damaged or broken merchandise, please call UPS at 800.742.5877 to initiate the claim process. When you call UPS, please have your tracking #(s) and cost of the merchandise that you are claiming. It is your responsibility to retain ALL packing materials in the event the UPS would like to review such materials before processing the claim. UPS will notify us to complete the claim process. Once we have been notified by UPS and have received approval for the claim, we will credit your account. If your order is shipped by USPS and it does not arrive please let us know and we will take care of it. As with UPS your freight cost includes insurance that covers damaged and broken merchandise. If you receive damaged or broken merchandise please contact USPS. Both methods of shipment include delivery conformation. If we have a delivery conformation receipt and a claim is made that merchandise was not received we are not responsible and any claims must be taken up with the shipping company.

Because of the nature of our products, in order to maintain quality control we do not except any returns, All Sales are Final. If you refuse a shipment or are unavailable to accept a shipment, you will be responsible for the freight. Plus there will be a 20% restocking fee on the entire order.

While it is our intention to keep the site updated with the latest prices, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. However, in fairness, we will notify you when a price has increased on any item that you order. Fragrance Oils should not be taken internally. Keep out of reach of children. Refer to literature on Essential and Fragrance Oils for more information. Consult a health care practitioner before using these products if pregnant or lactating, or if you have a medical condition or are taking medication. We recommend a skin patch test before using these products to insure for no allergic reactions. These statements have not been evaluated by the food and drug administration. The products mentioned are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always see your licensed health care professional for proper diagnosis and treatment. The total Shipping and Handling costs for orders will depend upon the methods and options you choose, USPS, USPS Priority, UPS Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Shipping and Handling will be calculated during checkout.

Purchasing a rack of oils qualifies for wholesale re-ordering at 50% off the retail price of all Potion and Zodiac Oils. There is a $100.00 minimum on all wholesale orders.

Special notice for all international orders (not including Canada): if you pick standard USPS as your method of shipping the estimated delivery time is 4-6 weeks. Please take this into consideration when you place your order.
